and Money provides a simple approach to getting out of debt while
building long-term wealth. As a working mom earning $35,000 a
year I have
been able to pay off my extensive credit card debt in a year
and a half and have just made the last payment on my car by following
the systems in the book. I am now using all of that extra money
to pay off my home mortgage in seven years. This will save me
the
cost of the house in interest payments. It has been helpful to

to see exactly when I will have the house paid off. Once the
house is paid off I plan to put 40 to 50 percent of what I earned

first met Kendrick Mercer in 1986 when I was at a point in my
